Outbound Sales Representative

As an Outbound Sales Representative at our company, your primary focus will be on generating leads, converting them into customers, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls and emails to potential customers, delivering effective sales presentations, building and maintaining relationships, collaborating with teams, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. You will be expected to proactively identify and engage potential customers, present tailored solutions to meet their needs, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Your ability to prospect effectively, deliver compelling sales pitches, address customer objections, and provide timely follow-ups will be crucial in your role. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, participation in team meetings, and reporting on sales performance will also be key aspects of your responsibilities. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, resilient, adaptable, team-oriented, and ethical in their sales interactions. Your skills should include at least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, strong time management skills, proficiency in CRM software, and willingness to learn about our products and services. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, have at least 1 year of experience in outbound sales or a similar role, and possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The compensation offered for this position ranges from 3,00,000 to 5,00,000 per annum, along with performance-based incentives, health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
