Job Description

Job Role: Outbound Sales Officer (Kotak 811 Sales

Company:

Eligibility Criteria:

Male/Female candidates with prior sales experience
Freshers are not eligible
Education: Graduate
Age: 18 to 32 years
English Communication: Basic to average (able to read and speak a self-introduction)

Experience & Salary Details:

Sales experience with basic English communication

CTC up to INR 3,10,000 per annum (based on interview performance)
Incentives up to INR 24,000 per month

Candidates with 3 years of sales experience and basic English communication

CTC up to INR 4,00,000 per annum

Working Details:

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed shift)
Weekly Offs: 8 offs per month (4 Sundays and 4 Saturdays)

Job Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to potential customers for Kotak 811 and insurance sales
Explaining Kotak 811 account features, benefits, and digital banking services
Generating leads and acquiring new customers
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintaining accurate customer data and regular follow-ups
Ensuring adherence to bank policies, compliance, and guidelines
