Job Description

Outbound Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers in the Middle East and Africa.
  • Present and promote products/services to clients effectively, addressing their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all leads, follow up with leads generated through phone and convert them into sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations & customer support) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in outbound or international sales (preferably targeting Middle East/Africa markets).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in

    English and Malayalam
