Job Opening: Outbound Sales Executive (In-Office + Field Sales)


Location: Kolkata


We are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Outbound Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities for our IT services across Salesforce, Shopify, WordPress, and Custom Development.

This is an in-office + field sales role for someone who truly enjoys selling, hunting, and closing deals — not a desk-only position. If you thrive on targets, ownership, and measurable outcomes, this role is for you.


📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, research, and connect with potential clients across India and international markets
  • Use LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, and field visits to open conversations
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in CRM


Client Acquisition

  • Pitch our service offerings (Salesforce, Shopify, WordPress, Custom Development, Digital Services)
  • Understand client needs and position the right solution and engagement model
  • Conduct meetings, demos, and on-site visits when required
  • Convert leads into qualified opportunities and close deals


Sales Ownership & Reporting

  • Maintain daily activity logs, meeting notes, and follow-ups in CRM
  • Achieve monthly KRAs and KPIs
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports
  • Ensure predictable sales flow with consistent outreach and follow-through


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR


  • Someone serious about sales, not just applying casually
  • Minimum 4–5+ years of outbound or field sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
  • Experience selling IT services (Salesforce experience preferred, but not mandatory)
  • A self-motivated professional who thrives on targets, incentives, and growth
  • Someone who understands accountability: daily KRAs, monthly KPIs, and weekly reporting
  • Must be comfortable with travel for client visits when required
  • Ability to convert conversations into business, not just generate leads


SALESFORCE SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS


  • Understands Salesforce licensing structure (Sales, Service, Experience, Platform, Industries, etc.) and can have basic licensing/pricing conversations with prospects
  • Good awareness of Salesforce products & use cases (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, etc.)
  • Ability to coordinate and meet regularly with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) for co-selling, joint calls, and opportunity planning
  • Comfortable positioning our company as a Salesforce partner and using that as a differentiator in conversations
