The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OT cybersecurity, networking, and industrial communication protocols. Essential Technical Skills: Industrial Control System Security Standards: Experience with ISA 99/IES 62443, ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS guidelines Cyber Security System Implementation: Hands-on experience in host-based and network-based implementation of cyber security in DCS OT Cybersecurity Solution Implementation: Experience with system hardening, network monitoring, antivirus implementation (McAfee), backup solutions (Veritas & Acronis), and virtualization (VMware) Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols, routing protocols, firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo-Alto, Sophos), and network management systems Industrial Communication Protocols: Understanding of Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, OPC, and ProfiNet Preferred Certifications: CISSP/CISM/CISA: Validated certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH): CEH certification Cisco/Palo Alto/Fortinet Certifications: Relevant certifications Security+, CCNA, CCNP, VCP DCV 6.5+ Familiarity with Industrial Control Systems (Honeywell, Emerson, Yokogawa, Schneider) Education and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in a relevant field - Experience: 6-10 years of hands-on experience in cyber security roles Location This is an on-site position based in India (primary location) with potential deployment to Kuwait. Candidates must be willing to relocate or have existing work authorization for these locations.
