• Manage day-to-day accounting operations – AP/AR, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations; prepare periodic financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for accurate filings.
• Implement and optimize accounting systems and tools for better efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee vendor contracts, payments, and reconciliations.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CA, CPA, or MBA preferred).
✅ 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
✅ Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance.
✅ Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, or similar tools.
✅ Excellent analytical and communication skills.
