To provide independent on-site technical support for the installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, robotic, and automated systems.

Mandatory Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance
• Experience in Robotics & Automation Systems
• Good understanding of Control Panel wiring, panel assembly, and commissioning
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults
• Hands-on experience with preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Knowledge of sensors, motors, drives, actuators, PLC basics (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems. Required knowledge in CPK & GRR for SPM machines.
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of robotic, automated, and electromechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical assemblies, wiring, control systems, motors, drives, and sensors.
• Maintain equipment such as motors, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, robotic arms, etc.
• Ensure proper wiring, cable routing, electrical panel checks, and compliance with safety protocols.
• Conduct calibration, alignment, lubrication, and mechanical adjustments to improve equipment performance.
• Support robotic installation, tooling changes, and basic programming assistance as required.
• Maintain accurate service logs, inspection checklists, and maintenance reports.
• Work closely with customer teams for smooth service execution and high equipment uptime.
• Adhere to all SOPs, maintenance procedures, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.
• Provide guidance or support to junior technicians when needed.
