Job Description

Position:

MVR Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and operate
MVR-based wastewater treatment systems
.
Monitor critical operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and vapor compression efficiency.
Ensure smooth and trouble-free plant operation across all shifts.
Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of MVR equipment.
Maintain process logs, operational reports, and performance records.
Coordinate with plant operators, maintenance teams, and site management.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety norms.
Identify process issues and implement corrective actions to enhance system performance.
Support in optimizing chemical usage, energy consumption, and process efficiency.
Manage documentation and prepare daily/weekly operation reports.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

Hands-on experience in
MVR operation
, evaporators, ETP/STP, or wastewater recycling systems.
Understanding of water chemistry, effluent characteristics, and treatment processes.
Ability to identify mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation-related issues.
Strong troubleshooting and plant operational skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures and statutory compliance.
Good communication and leadership skills.

Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environment, or relevant engineering fields.
