Conduct proper shift handover using the logbook.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth shift operations.
Operate billet shearing and forging lines efficiently.
Monitor process quality parameters and machine cycle times.Coordinate with the PPC and Shearing team to ensure billet availability and production continuity.
Oversee first-three-parts inspection in coordination with the QA team.
Perform hot part checks and monitor forging operations.Identify and address non-conformities; stop production when necessary.Conduct online rejection analysis during the shift.
Identify and close safety observations (UA/UC/Near Miss).
Implement and sustain safety poka-yoke systems.Maintain workplace organization through 5S practices.
