As an Organizational Change Management professional, you will play a key role in driving transformation within the business. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving utilization targets and serving as an Ambassador for the organization's tenets and values - Acting as an account-focused leader, overseeing consultants, work streams, projects, and programs - Demonstrating client-focused approach to solving issues and achieving objectives, gaining trust as a trusted advisor to senior clients - Taking charge of budgets, ensuring quality deliverables, and securing positive feedback from client executives - Mentoring and motivating team and client staff, fostering trust and confidence through quality and delivery focus In terms of business development, you will be expected to: - Maintain high levels of individual and team utilization in alignment with set goals - Manage a sales pipeline to support revenue targets and sell laterally and vertically to clients - Lead marketing and prospecting activities, closing new projects with minimal support - Drive proposal creation and presales activities, leveraging consulting capabilities - Act as an industry thought leader, sharing insights through various channels and presentations - Contribute to the practice by delivering administrative tasks, promoting knowledge sharing, and developing practice policies - Create reusable IP/assets, lead team career development, and engage with other consulting teams to enhance collaboration and deliver tailored solutions - Hold a B.Tech or equivalent IT degree Your role will be crucial in shaping the organization's change management strategies and driving business growth through effective leadership, client engagement, and thought leadership initiatives.,
