About the Role

Order Processing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Process purchase requests and generate purchase orders (POs) accurately.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, price negotiation, lead time, and order confirmations.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain and update purchase records, pricing details, delivery schedules, and invoice trackers.
Collaborate with internal teamsService, Sales, Logistics, and Accountsfor order planning and dispatch.
Validate supplier invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team for timely payments.
Handle order-related queries, discrepancies, and documentation.
Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
Prepare daily/weekly purchase reports and maintain MIS data.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of purchase processes and vendor management.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP ByDesign preferred).
Ability to manage multiple orders and meet tight timelines.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving attitude.
