Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

. Expertise in gathering and analyzing requirements. . Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM including involvement in at least 2 PeopleSoft HCM upgrades (version 9. 2 preferred) . Strong understanding of HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, time & labor, and talent management. . Proficiency in People Tools, People Code, Application Engine, SQR , Query and App Designer.
