Job Summary
As a Field Executive supporting the Colgate Professional Oral Care team, you will be the primary link between Colgate and the dental community in a geography. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on driving on-the-ground results by building and maintaining strong partnerships. Your success will be measured by your direct impact on three core elements: expanding our Dentist Reach, ensuring widespread Chemist Availability, and achieving In-clinic Excellence & Conversion.
This role will be on a Third party payroll. The role could be based on the field at any part of the country. Location preference is taken and deputaton is done accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
Your role is fundamentally about execution and relationship management in the field. The primary responsibilities are divided into three key areas:
1. Dentist Reach
Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and key opinion leaders in your assigned geo.
Manage the effective distribution of product samples, marketing materials, and educational resources directly to dental practices.
2. Chemist & Stockist Availability
Drive sales revenue by managing and coordinating with direct/indirect stockists, dental dealers, and partner pharmacies to ensure a robust supply chain.
Monitor stock levels and collaborate with channel partners to prevent out-of-stock situations.
3. In-Clinic Excellence & Conversion
Actively engage with Dentists to ensure Colgate products are prominently displayed, well-understood, and actively recommended to patients.
Execute in-clinic marketing and support plans flawlessly to strengthen Colgate's position as the most recommended brand.
Operational Duties
Diligently use and update our CRM system (e.g., C4C-SAP Marketing Cloud) to log field activities, track progress against targets, and report on market intelligence.
Perform other operational duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry (BDS), Science, Pharmacy, Health Science, or a related business field.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Office suite or Google Workspace tools.
Experience using a CRM system for sales tracking and reporting.
