Job Description

As an experienced professional with 7-11 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules, you will play a vital role in driving the implementation of EBS SCM solutions at EY. Your responsibilities will include: - Gathering and documenting requirements using AIM or other prescribed methodologies - Maintaining and enhancing Oracle SCM modules - Conducting CRP sessions and participating in design reviews and discussions - Mapping client requirements to Oracle EBS SCM Modules - Interpreting functional requirements and designing solutions effectively from offshore - Handling Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap, Training, and Testing sessions - Assisting business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs - Preparing quality deliverables and test scripts - Conducting trainings and supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) Your key competencies and skills will include: - Strong communication skills to translate requirements into design documents - Customer handling skills to lead and mentor team members - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Capability to acquire and apply complex business knowledge quickly - Collaboration within a team environment and adherence to release management processes - Multitasking while focusing on release priorities - Valid passport for potential client site work and business traveling Moreover, your educational background should include a Professional or Management Degree.
