Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your 7-11 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS SCM modules, with a focus on Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, and Inventory. Your role will involve client-facing interactions, solution design, application configuration, and test case preparation. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document requirements using AIM or other prescribed methodologies - Maintain and enhance Oracle SCM modules - Conduct CRP sessions, participate in design reviews, and map client requirements against Oracle EBS SCM Modules - Interpret functional requirements, design solutions, and deliver them from offshore - Handle Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap, Training, and Testing sessions - Assist business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs - Prepare quality deliverables, test scripts, and test cases - Conduct training sessions and support the Project Management Office (PMO) Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate requirements into design documents - Customer handling skills, leadership abilities, and mentoring capabilities - Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to quickly acquire and apply complex business knowledge - Team player with proficiency in following release management processes - Capable of multitasking, staying focused on release priorities, and working under pressure to meet deadlines - Must possess a valid passport for potential client site work or business travel Additional Details: EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
