Job Summary

Oracle SCM Planning Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop

    technical solutions

    for Oracle SCM Planning Cloud modules (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Planning).
  • Work on

    RICE components

    (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) to support business requirements.
  • Build and optimize

    OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, and custom reports

    .
  • Develop and support

    integrations between SCM Planning and other Oracle Cloud modules

    (Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Management, Inventory).
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into

    technical designs

    .
  • Provide support for

    end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and post-production issues

    .
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Document technical specifications, solution designs, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure all developments comply with

    Oracle standards, security policies, and best practices

    .

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a

    technical consultant in Oracle SCM

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    Oracle SCM Planning Cloud

    (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory Planning).
  • Proficiency in

    Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI templates

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Database concepts

    .
  • Experience with

    data conversions, data migration, and interface development

    .
  • Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
