Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 8-10 years of experience to join our team as an Oracle Payroll specialist in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement Oracle Payroll solutions for clients.
Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM for payroll processing.
Develop and maintain Fast Formula for efficient payroll processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR systems.
Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Payroll and related systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Payroll and HR systems.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM, HRIS platforms, and Oracle Fusion HCM configuration for Payroll.
Experience with Payroll Fast Formula development and implementation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Computer Applications is required.
Notice period: 0-60 days.
