1. Role Overview

Oracle HRMS Consultant

2. Key Responsibilities

1. Provide

   techno-functional support

   for Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, iRecruitment, OTL).
2. Work on

   E2E implementation, upgrades, and enhancements

   of Oracle HRMS applications.
3. Design, develop, and test

   customizations, reports, fast formulas, and interfaces

   .
4. Support

   Payroll processing, statutory compliance, and integrations

   with third-party systems.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, ensuring high system availability.
6. Conduct

   knowledge transfer, training sessions, and documentation

   for end-users.
7. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with HR business needs.

3. Required Skills & Experience

1. 7–10 years of experience

   in Oracle HRMS with strong techno-functional expertise.
2. Hands-on experience in

   Core HR, Payroll, SSHR

   (Self-Service HR), and related modules.
3. Strong skills in

   PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, Oracle Reports, Interfaces, and Conversions

   .
4. Proven experience in

   end-to-end implementations and production support

   .
5. Exposure to

   statutory payroll (India / Middle East)

   is highly desirable.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in a distributed team environment.

4. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  Oracle Fusion HCM

  will be an added advantage.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience.

• Type:

  Freelance (Hourly / Monthly basis – negotiable).

• Duration:

  Minimum 12 months, with extension based on performance.

• Mode:

  Remote (offshore support).
