Oracle HRMS Consultant

As a Senior Oracle ERP HRMS Consultant with over 10 years of experience, your role will involve leading or participating in Oracle ERP HRMS implementations, upgrades, and support engagements. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and proposing custom solutions when necessary. Working closely with technical teams, you will oversee the development of customizations, reports, and interfaces. Your responsibilities will also include facilitating workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT), providing post-implementation support, and ensuring compliance with HR policies, local labor laws, and data privacy regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or participate in Oracle ERP HRMS implementations, upgrades, and support engagements. - Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Conduct gap analysis and propose custom solutions when necessary. - Work with technical teams for development of customizations, reports, and interfaces. - Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, local labor laws, and data privacy regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: - At least worked for 2-3 end to end implementation projects. - 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP with a focus on HRMS modules. - Experience in full-cycle implementations and upgrades (R12 or Oracle Cloud HCM preferred). - Expertise in writing MD50, BR100, and other functional documentation. - Experience with Oracle PL/SQL is a plus. - Good understanding of HR business processes and statutory requirements. - Experience with integrations to third-party systems (e.g., Time, Attendance, Finance, etc.). - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, HR, or a related field. - Oracle HRMS/Fusion certifications are a plus.
