Role: Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud

Project duration: 6 Months & extendable

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end

  implementation, configuration, and deployment

  of Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud PMS modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Perform

  system setup

  , parameter configuration, and integration with third-party hospitality systems (POS, Channel Manager, Payment Gateway, Finance systems, etc.).
• Provide

  L2/L3 support

  , troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Oracle Support for timely resolution.
• Conduct

  user training, UAT sessions

  , and create training materials & SOPs.
• Ensure smooth migration from legacy PMS to Opera Cloud, including data validation and cutover activities.
• Monitor system performance, identify process gaps, and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Finance, Front Office, and Housekeeping.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and system updates.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience

  in Oracle Hospitality solutions, specifically

  Opera Cloud PMS

  .
• Strong understanding of hotel operations:

  Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, Cashiering, Profiles, Rate Management

  , etc.
• Expertise in Opera Cloud configuration, role-based access setup, and enterprise management console.
• Good knowledge of integrations using

  OHIP (Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform)

  .
• Experience in troubleshooting Opera Cloud issues and working with Oracle MOS.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (OPERA Reporting & Analytics, OTBI, BI Publisher).
• Ability to manage implementation lifecycles and support activities independently.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
