Oracle HCM Technical Consultant Exp : 5 to 10 years Location : Pune/Bangalore We are looking for Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with excellent communication & expertise in HCM Technical Modules . We are looking for a minimum of 5 years experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with excellent communication. Job description: Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with at least 2 End-to-End implementations. The technical track of client engagements to perform activities such as technical design, build, unit testing, solution design. 5 - 10 years of experience relevant to the domain. Have ability to understand the business requirement and translate to technical design and unit test documents. Project experience in Oracle Cloud Applications like Fusion HCM supporting integration, reporting tools and data conversion. Must have experience in HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HCM Developer Studio and HCM Developer Studio. Must have experience in SQL, PLSQL, D2K Reports, XML Publisher Reports, AME, Alerts, Workflow and User Hooks, OAF (Preferably) Understanding on Core HCM, Absence management and Payroll tables.
