Techno Functional skills in Oracle HCM for Core HR

Create BIP OTBI FDI reports in Oracle HCM

Lead the following activities on behalf of client

oFunctional review and verification of modules and HCM project deliverables

oIn scope Review of functional design functional testing functional configuration review integration testing reports validation data conversion validation

Testing Experience to perform

oPreparing test cases based on Business scenarios provided by client

oExecution of test cases

oDocumenting test results

oReporting test results

Data Conversion

oPerform data validation

oGood understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion

Integrations Experience to perform Core HR

oWorking on the interface Impact Analysis

oCoordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis

oEndtoEnd Integration testing

oAbility to drive technical design sessions for integrations

Provide support in training on all HCM modules
