Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant with 6 to 20 years of experience in Core HR to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical consulting and experience in end-to-end HCM implementations.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert solutions.
Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Technical solutions for core HR functions.
Develop and maintain integrations with other modules such as payroll, benefits, and time management.
Provide training and support to clients on Oracle HCM Cloud Technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to core HR functions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Technical solutions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Consulting, focusing on Core HR.
Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical consulting and domain knowledge covering the hire to retire cycle.
Experience in at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including at least 2 with HCM Cloud.
Strong understanding of integrations and exposure to one or two modules such as payroll, benefits, and time management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
