Oracle HCM Consultant Compensation

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant, where you will utilize your expertise in Oracle applications to ensure that solutions meet business requirements while being technically sound. Your responsibilities will include implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance of Oracle applications across various modules. Key Responsibilities: - Implementation & Configuration: Take charge of end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle applications in Human Capital Management (HCM), including Core HR, Compensation, HDL, Reporting Tools, and Fast Formula. Compensation Module Implementation is a crucial aspect. - Customization & Development: Customize Oracle forms, reports, workflows, and other components to align with business requirements. - Business Requirement Gathering: Engage with business users to gather requirements, align them with Oracle applications, and propose functional solutions. - System Integration: Manage data migration, system integration, and interface design to ensure smooth integration with third-party systems. - Support & Troubleshooting: Provide continuous post-implementation support and maintenance for Oracle applications, address issues, and optimize system performance. - Testing & Documentation: Conduct system and regression testing, as well as document functional designs, test scripts, and technical specifications. - Training & Knowledge Transfer: Deliver training on Oracle system functionality and best practices to end-users.
