Job Description

Role Overview: You are an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle applications. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance of Oracle applications in various modules. Your strong technical skills and functional knowledge will ensure that Oracle solutions align with business requirements while being technically sound. Key Responsibilities: - Implementation & Configuration: Execute end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle applications in Human Capital Management (HCM) including Core HR, Compensation, HDL, Reporting Tools, and Fast Formula. Compensation Module Implementation is a mandatory task. - Customization & Development: Develop and customize Oracle forms, reports, workflows, and other components to meet specific business requirements. - Business Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, align them with Oracle applications, and propose functional solutions. - System Integration: Manage data migration, system integration, and interface design for seamless integration with third-party systems. - Support & Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support and maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance. - Testing & Documentation: Conduct system and regression testing, and document functional designs, test scripts, and technical specifications. - Training & Knowledge Transfer: Deliver training to end-users on Oracle system functionality and best practices, and document and share technical and functional knowledge. - Upgrade & Patch Management: Plan, test, and implement Oracle patches, upgrades, and release management for Oracle applications. - Collaboration: Engage closely with technical teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Oracle applications with expertise in technical and functional aspects of Oracle modules. - Strong understanding of Oracle business processes and their alignment with applications. - Oracle certification in any relevant module is advantageous. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud solutions. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. - Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud - Compensation Module Implementation.
