Job Description

This role involves hands-on development, enhancing system functionality and resolving technical issues to meet business needs.

Develop and maintain custom solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and BI Publisher.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.
Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Create technical documentation and provide training to internal teams and end-users.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience.
5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud development
Experience with HDL / HSDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher and OTBI report development.
Experience with HCM Analytics configuration and deployment.
Strong experience as Oracle HCM developers (not general Fusion ERP developers)
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits).
