Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Configure Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, Talent, and other HCM modules.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and reports using OTBI/BI Publisher.
Support data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations with other systems.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
Conduct UAT, user training, and create documentation for functional processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
3 +years of hands-on experience in
Oracle HCM Cloud
(Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, or related modules).
Technical Skills (if Technical role):
HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, Integrations, Fast Formulas.
Functional Skills (if Functional role):
Requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, UAT, end-user training, and HR domain knowledge.
Strong understanding of
end-to-end HCM processes
(Hire-to-Retire).
Good communication skills with ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
Certification in
Oracle HCM Cloud
is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
