Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

As a Frontend Arts team member, you will be responsible for utilizing your 4-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically focusing on Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules. Your expertise in Fast Formulas will be crucial for automating complex compensation calculations and processes. In addition, your hands-on experience in integrating Workforce Compensation with other HR systems will play a key role in our projects. Your role will require a strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Benefits, including life event triggers and collapsing event rules. Proficiency in configuring benefit programs and plans with enrollment and eligibility rules is essential. It is also important that you have a solid understanding of ACA reporting requirements to ensure compliance. Being flexible to work in rotational shifts and provide weekend on-call support is necessary for this position. Your good knowledge of Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks will be beneficial in meeting project deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
