Position: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant (Order Management & Manufacturing) Location: Onsite – Pune, India Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 30 - 32 LPA We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Order Management and Manufacturing modules only. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading end-to-end implementations, engaging with business and technical teams, and driving supply chain excellence through Oracle Cloud. Key Responsibilities Lead functional implementation & support for: Oracle Fusion Order Management Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Conduct business requirement gathering and translate them into Oracle functional solutions. Configure modules, perform testing, and support UAT. Ensure effective integration with related SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, etc.). Collaborate with technical teams to align system performance with business needs. Provide end-user support and troubleshooting. Create training materials and conduct user training sessions. Must-Have Experience 7+ years in Oracle SCM applications. 5+ years hands-on with: Oracle Fusion Order Management Oracle Fusion Manufacturing 3+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations. Understanding of Inventory, Procurement, and Supplier Portal is a plus. Strong knowledge of SCM business processes. Preferred Skills Oracle SCM Cloud Certification is a must.
