Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand HR, Payroll, and Talent processes.
  
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  
• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including:
  
• Core HR
  
• Absence Management
  
• Payroll
  
• Talent Management
  
• Compensation & Workforce Management
  
• Recruiting
  
• Learning
  
• Help Desk
  
• Ensure configurations comply with statutory, regulatory, and organizational policies.
  
• Support end-to-end implementation, rollouts, and enhancements.
  

Technical Responsibilities

• Develop and customize reports, dashboards, and analytics using

  OTBI and BI Publisher

  .
• Write and maintain

  Fast Formulas

  for Payroll, Absence, and Compensation.
• Design and execute integrations using

  REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL, and FDI

  .
• Perform

  data migration from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud

  , including:
• Preparing data templates
  
• Data validation
  
• Data loading and reconciliation
  
• Handle

  Application Security, Roles, Workflows, Alerts & Notifications

  .
• Perform

  Page Customizations and Extensions

  using Oracle HCM tools.

Support & Testing

• Execute unit testing, system testing, and support UAT cycles.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues with root cause analysis.
  
• Provide post-implementation support and incident resolution as per SLA.
  
• Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.
  

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in

  Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud

• Strong techno-functional expertise across multiple HCM modules
  
• Hands-on experience with:
  
• BI Publisher
  
• OTBI
  
• HCM Extracts
  
• Fast Formulas
  
• HDL / HSDL / FDI
  
• Strong experience in

  data migration and integrations

• Good understanding of Oracle HCM security and workflow framework
  

Good to Have

• Experience in global HCM implementations
  
• Exposure to Oracle quarterly updates and patch impact analysis
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
