About the Role

Oracle Fusion Financials Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a bridge between business users and technical teams for Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Handle end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and post-production support.
• Develop and customize reports (OTBI, BIP, FRS) as per business requirements.
• Perform data migration activities using FBDI, ADFDI, and HDL templates.
• Design and configure workflows, security, and approvals in Fusion Financials.
• Analyze business requirements, prepare solution design, and provide functional expertise in

  GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax modules

  .
• Support integration of Fusion Financials with other Oracle modules and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide end-user support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of overall experience, with at least

  3+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials

  .
• Strong functional expertise in

  GL, AP, AR, FA, CM

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  data migration (FBDI/ADFDI/HDL)

  and

  report development (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS)

  .
• Good knowledge of

  Fusion Security, Roles, and Approvals

  .
• Exposure to

  RICEW components

  and integrations with third-party applications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with clients.
• Oracle Certification in Financials is a plus.
