Role

Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Architect

Overview

Our Global Clients are embarking on Business led Enterprise Transformation and we aim to be the strategic partners of choice in this journey.

This role is for Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Architect who has passion to work with Clients and providing them innovative solutions to bring their business ambitions to life by leveraging your expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP.

Candidate is expected to Stay current with Oracle ERP technologies, updates, and industry best practices.

Primary Skills

Proficiency in Oracle ERP finance modules

Location

Flexible, HYD / BLR preferred

Experience

Expertise - in Oracle ERP Finance area
Nature of Projects - Must have atleast 2- Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience
Nature of work - depth of consulting and functional experience across Oracle and partner components. You are a key player in large Oracle transformation programmes for global customers
Hands On with - the following sub modules/solution areas Modules- GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable, AR (Accounts Receivables), FA (Fixed Assets) and AHC (Accounting Hub Cloud) is mandatory.
Business Processes - Expert knowledge of O2C, P2P and R2R business cycles.
Oracle - Working with Oracle on SR resolution and quarterly Oracle updates(releases). Having knowledge of - the strategic direction of Oracle in your expertise domain.
You have experience working with client stakeholders in conducting Requirements gathering, Documentation, Testing, Demo & Design workshops, driving business discussions with finance stakeholders to understand current challenges and providing Best fit solutions.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Configuration and testing of new/ features, Quarterly patch testing of Oracle ERP system.
Working experience in Onsite-Offshore delivery model

Communication

Communication - Engaging and Enthusiastic communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users, IT teams, and business stakeholders.

Presentation Experienced in making presentations to senior client stakeholders

Domain

Experience in Financial Services industry is preferred

Good to have

Experience with Tax, Intercompany will be an added advantage
Global Travel Readiness and international work exposure will be a plus
Strong understanding of Oracle ERP architecture, configuration, and integration with other systems
Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools

Qualifications/ Certifications

Professional (CA or ICWA) or Post Graduate Finance qualification
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Oracle certification in Finance Cloud
