We are looking for an enthusiastic Sapiens Policy Tester with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team
The role involves assisting in testing and validating policies within the Sapiens policy platform to ensure accuracy and compliance You will work on analyzing business requirements and helping translate them into test cases while gaining handson exposure to policy configuration and validation in Sapiens A basic understanding of insurance domain processes and policy lifecycle will be helpful
As a Sapiens Policy Tester you will collaborate with developers business analysts and QA teams to identify issues and support resolutions The role includes creating and executing manual test scripts and learning to work with automation testing tools over time Familiarity with defect tracking tools and reporting is preferred but training will be provided Exposure to functional and regression testing will be an advantage You will contribute to maintaining quality standards and compliance throughout the testing process
The ideal candidate should have good analytical and problemsolving skills along with clear communication for team interactions Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and willingness to learn Agile practices and tools like JIRA will be appreciated A proactive attitude toward learning and improving testing processes is key You will assist in preparing test reports and sharing observations with the project team while developing your expertise in policy testing
