Job Title: Oracle Finance Functional Consultant

Location: KOSMO One, Ambattur, Chennai

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (5 days a week)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

Experience: 10 Years IN

Salary Range: Based on industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Financials modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, and CM 

- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Finance modules to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance standards 

- Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Financials, troubleshoot issues, and offer effective solutions to maintain system performance and user satisfaction 

- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate configurations and ensure the system meets functional requirements 

- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions to enhance user competency and system adoption 

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Financials modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, and CM 

- Strong knowledge of Oracle implementation methodologies, including AIM and OUM 

- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

- Ability to work independently and make decisions with little direct supervision 

- Strong understanding of finance and accounting procedures 

Desired Skills:

- Oracle Fusion Finance, Oracle EBS, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Project Accounting 

- SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) 

- Experience with Oracle Cloud and On-premises implementations 

- Knowledge of industry best practices and Oracle's latest releases and features
