Job Description – Oracle Field Service (OFS) Plugin Developer

About the Role

We are urgently looking for an experienced Oracle Field Service (OFS) Plugin Developer with strong techno-functional expertise. The ideal candidate will take ownership of solution design, customization, and integrations for Oracle Field Service Cloud (ToA) projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design, proposing optimal configurations and customizations on Oracle Field Service Cloud.

Work on OFS configurations & customizations including:

Core Application, Profiles, Permissions, Business Rules, Routing Plans, Work Schedules, Smart Collaboration, Action Management, Mobility, Manage Displays, Reports, Data Migration, and Inbound/Outbound Messaging.

Develop and customize Oracle Field Service Forms.

Build and deploy OFS Plugins (mandatory skill).

Integrate OFS with other systems using JavaScript, JET, VBCS, WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML/XSD, XSL, and WS Security.

Leverage deep understanding of the OFS Data Model to design scalable and reliable solutions.

Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and project managers to support requirements, enhancements, and implementations.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud (ToA).

Hands-on experience developing OFS Plugins (must-have).

Proven experience in OFS configuration, routing, automation, mobile flows, and business rule setups.

Expertise in web technologies:

JavaScript, Oracle JET, VBCS, SOAP/REST web services, XML, XSD, XSL, WS-Security.

Strong understanding of OFS Data Model and integration best practices.

Ability to analyze business needs and deliver optimal technical solutions.
