Oracle EBS Senior Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients to gather and document technical requirements.
• Designing, developing, and implementing customizations and extensions to Oracle EBS.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS.
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed.
• Leading technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal team members.
• Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends in Oracle EBS.
• Experience in the preparation of Technical Design documents
• Can work independently and progress the build of a CEMLI/RICE object from a technical design document
  

• Hands on experience on Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound / Outbound interfaces, Reports, Forms and Customizations.
• Experience in Implementation and RICE Customizations of Oracle Applications 11i/R12
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL and Performance tuning.
• Expertise in Oracle Forms (Development and Personalization), BI Publisher Reports, Oracle Workflows.
• OAF experience will be preferable
• Sound knowledge in using Oracle APIs for interfaces to Oracle Financials and AOL/Sys-Admin components.
• Good knowledge on functional flows FIN (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash management, AP/AR) and SCM (procurement, Inventory, Order Management).
• Solid understanding of Oracle EBS database/table structures and the integration and impacts between modules
• Ability to design and document solutions for complex problem
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Oracle EBS technical development.
• Strong technical skills in Oracle EBS R12 and related technologies such as Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, OAF, ADF, and XML Publisher.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
