Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation in Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Provide expertise in the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in Oracle EBS Finance modules, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize business disruptions.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, including business process flows, functional designs, test cases, and training materials.
• Deliver training sessions to end-users to ensure the effective adoption and utilization of Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EBS Finance functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3- 15 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 or above, including functional setup, configuration, and implementation.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance integration points with other modules and third-party systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with full cycle implementations, upgrades, and support.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle certifications in EBS Finance modules.
• Experience in data migration and conversion.
