About the Role:

Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end HCM projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide techno-functional expertise across Oracle EBS HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, and Benefits.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement scalable HCM solutions.
  • Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, APIs, Interfaces (Inbound/Outbound), Reports (BI/XML), and Workflows.
  • Perform system testing, support UAT, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide post-implementation support and end-user training.
  • Document functional specifications, technical designs, and configuration setups.
  • Support data migration, integrations, and system upgrades.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM (R12.1.3 / R12.2.x) with strong techno-functional capabilities.
  • Proven experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end implementations and 2–3 support/enhancement projects.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Payroll, Core HR, and related modules.
  • Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, and Interfaces.
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, client-facing environment.
