Installations and configuration of Oracle Databases on various flavors of UNIX, LINUX and Windows environments in standalone, RAC environment, Standby/Data guard databases.
Experience on MySQL/MongoDB DB will be a added advantage.
Should have strong knowledge on Database Upgrade, Migration, Patch Installation and Implementation.
Cloning of Production Instance to UAT/Dev.
Strong Knowledge on RMAN Backup & recovery management and troubleshooting the backup issues.
Strong knowledge on schema and tables refresh by using datapump, and different methods in datapump.
Should have knowledge on sql query tuning and troubleshooting long running queries.
Familiarity with Oracle database design, coding, and documentation.
User / Schema Creation, User Management, granting Roles and Privileges and creating profiles.
Regularly updating the database security protocols Data base optimization and ehancement of performance
Basic Shell scripting.
Creating storage database structures with high-level security features "Altering storage structures to meet the evolving needs of the company.
Setting up database user accounts.
Finding and debugging malfunctioning programs affecting the database integrity Knowledge of programming languages and API.
Ability to visualize algorithmic structures
