We are looking for an experienced and passionate CX CRM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Customer Experience (CX) and CRM modules, driving seamless customer engagement across sales, service, marketing, and omnichannel operations.
• Manage and support POS systems for retail transactions, sales tracking, and customer billing.
• Ensure smooth integration between front-end POS and back-office systems.
• Enable multi-channel integration to provide a unified customer experience across online, offline, and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure seamless data flow across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage and configure CRM systems for effective customer data management, marketing automation, and customer retention.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide end-to-end CRM solutions.
• Oversee online store operations, product catalog setup, and digital asset management.
• Ensure alignment of product and pricing data across CRM and eCommerce platforms.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns, lead generation, and performance tracking.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
• 3+ years of experience as a CX or CRM Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of CX ecosystem – POS, Omni Channel, CRM, and eCommerce.
• Experience with tools like Oracle CX Cloud, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and business analysis skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
