Oracle Core - Support Specialist

Job Description

Provide technical support for Oracle Core applications including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning for Oracle databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, test, and deploy Oracle solutions to meet business requirements. Monitor system performance and conduct regular health checks to ensure optimal operation of Oracle applications. Assist in the development and execution of system backups and recovery strategies to protect data integrity. Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and procedures related to Oracle applications. Participate in problem management and change management processes, ensuring all incidents are documented and resolved efficiently. Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle applications and functionalities as needed. Skills Required Strong knowledge of Oracle database administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for developing and optimizing queries and procedures. Experience in managing Oracle Fusion applications will be an advantage. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. Requirement & Qualification Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Core support or related roles. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant Oracle certifications (e. g. , OCA, OCP) are preferred. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to work in shifts as per project requirements.
