Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Technical Consultant with 6-15 years of experience to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Fusion and global payroll systems. This role is based in Hyderabad or Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Fusion and third-party payroll systems.
Configure HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, and APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Support global payroll projects, including rollouts and vendor transitions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or a related field.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with global payroll processes and third-party vendors.
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM Integrations (Technical), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Atom Feeds, Data mapping, transformation, and validation.
Preferred experience with Payroll Integrations using Ramco.
