Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant – PIM, Inventory, Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant with expertise in Product Information Management (PIM), Inventory, and Manufacturing modules. The role involves participating in end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, enhancements, and support projects within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain for global clients under the USI-CTS delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional workshops to gather business requirements for Oracle Cloud PIM, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.
  
• Configure and implement Oracle Cloud solutions according to business needs.
  
• Perform gap analysis, design functional specifications, and recommend best practices.
  
• Prepare functional documentation: BR100, MD50, test scripts, training guides, etc.
  
• Conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and support go-live/post-go-live activities.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Planning) and technical teams (integration, reporting, conversions).
  
• Support data migration activities using FBDI, ADFdi, and HDL templates.
  
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide L2/L3 support as needed.
  

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM with strong hands-on in:
  • Product Information Management (PIM)
    
  • Inventory Management
    
  • Manufacturing
    
• Proven experience in minimum 1–2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
  
• Strong understanding of item lifecycle, product governance, BOM, routings, and work definitions.
  
• Hands-on experience with FBDI, BIP/OTBI reports, and functional testing.
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
