Oracle CDP and CDM System Analyst

Coforge Limited is Hiring Oracle CDP and CDM System Analyst and Configurator. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle CDP and CDM System Analyst and Configurator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Customer Data Platform and Customer Data Management systems to ensure efficient data handling and integration across various business functions. Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years Job Location: Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: System Configuration: Configure and customize Oracle CDP and CDM systems to meet business requirements and enhance data management capabilities. Data Integration: Ensure seamless integration of customer data from multiple sources, maintaining data integrity and consistency. Performance Analysis: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to optimize system efficiency. Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing system-related queries and issues. Data Management: Oversee data quality, data governance, and data stewardship activities to ensure accurate and reliable customer data. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, Oracle consultants, including IT, Product, marketing, and sales, to align system capabilities with business needs. Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle CDP and CDM systems. Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in configuring and managing Oracle CDP and CDM systems. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and Unity Cloud applications is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and processes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in business processes.
