Job Description

Role: Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant

Experience Preferred: 7+ Years

Location: Remote



  • Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle CC&B capabilities.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and design workshops with stakeholders.
  • Configure Oracle CC&B functional areas such as Customer Management, Billing, Metering, Credit and Collections, and Service Orders.
  • Develop functional specifications and review technical specifications for custom components, reports, and integrations.
  • Perform CC&B application configuration, including pricing, rate design, and meter data setup.
  • Assist in data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Perform end-to-end functional testing, including test case preparation and execution.
  • Provide user training and post-go-live support.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve functional issues and defects.
  • Stay updated with Oracle CC&B product enhancements and best practices.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Oracle CC&B data model and architecture.
  • In-depth knowledge of utilities sector business processes, including customer service, billing, metering, and collections.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle CC&B functional design, configuration, and testing.
  • Knowledge of Oracle CC&B tools, batch jobs, and workflow setups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt quickly to changes.
