Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Mandi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving and achieving sales targets, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Other responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of product lines, managing inventory, and supporting visual merchandising efforts to ensure an appealing shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Interaction Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to engage customers, and aptitude for identifying customer needs to drive sales performance.
• Product Knowledge and Inventory Management: Proficiency in understanding product offerings and managing stock levels efficiently.
• Retail and Visual Merchandising: Experience in maintaining an attractive in-store presentation to enhance the shopping experience.
• Effective Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal communication and teamwork abilities to support customer satisfaction and store operations.
• Additional Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, and prior experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
