Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive eye tests and vision assessments
Recommend suitable lenses and frames based on prescriptions
Provide eyewear dispensing support and customer guidance
Maintain accurate patient records and prescriptions
Ensure excellent customer service and post-sale assistance
Stay updated with the latest optical products and technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Optometry (B.Optom) or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in optical retail or eye testing
Experience in eyewear dispensing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Registration with state or national optometry council
