Job Description

Field technical questions and provides technical advice to current and prospective customers, both internal and external, regarding ASAP software products.
Ability to master comprehensive technical software ASAP.
Understand competitive analysis as it relates to BRO s software.
Maintain and contribute to Application Notes, software demos and other literature for customers and sales leads.
Represent Lanika Solutions at technical trade shows, answering questions and providing information regarding software products. May prepare and present software/hardware demonstrations for trade shows as well. Travel out-of-state and/or out-of-country will be required.
Assist in developing and customizing written text for technical documentation for ASAP software products including on-line help, reference manuals, technical guides, application notes, procedure notes, and miscellaneous support documentation.
Develop a working knowledge of in-house customer inquiry logging software to be used to document technical support calls.
Assist in teaching ASAP tutorials at Lanika Solutions or at customer sites.
Provide technical support on potential software sales.
May be required to publish present articles for optical engineering conferences and journals.
Prepare technical written descriptions of software products.
Participate in the planning and development of new products.
Provide technical support on consulting contracts.
Liaison and manage the engineering services projects
