OPT Recruiter (1 to 3 Years)

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit OPT/F1 candidates from universities, job portals, and social media.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international students and recent graduates.
Conduct initial screenings, explain training & placement programs, and handle visa-related queries.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate smooth onboarding.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database.
Develop relationships with universities, training institutes, and referral networks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience
in OPT recruitment / US staffing (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of US visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B) and hiring practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
