Job Description

OPT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source and identify senior IT consultants (10+ years exp) with valid work authorizations (OPT, H1B, GC, EADs).
Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, and work authorization status.
Maintain a strong bench pipeline of high-quality, senior-level consultants.
Coordinate with Bench Sales and Account Managers to meet client/project requirements.
Work on multiple technologies and be flexible in sourcing across domains.
Maintain regular communication with candidates, build strong rapport, and ensure retention.
Use job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing.
Track submissions, interviews, and placements in ATS/CRM systems.

Requirements:

26 years of experience in US IT Recruitment with a focus on OPT/EAD/H1/GC candidates.
Must have experience sourcing
senior-level consultants (10+ years)
.
Excellent understanding of various visas and work authorizations.
Familiarity with technologies across Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, SAP, etc.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to meet aggressive sourcing targets.
